Nature’s Palette Designs. If your purchase brightens your
day less than you expected, please let us know immediately.
We will work with you to make it right!

If
your items were damaged in transit

We package every order very carefully, but sometimes
things just don’t go as planned. If your items were
damaged in transit, we sincerely apologize. As soon
as you discover the problem, please send us an email
that includes your name, a description of the
damage, and a digital photograph of the damaged item(s) if possible. If you are able to send a
photograph, in most cases we will immediately ship
replacement items to you free of charge. Otherwise,
we will contact you by email to make arrangements.
Please check your package for damage as soon as it
arrives - we can only process returns within 30 days
of the original date of purchase. |

If you are
unhappy with an item ¯ |

This
has never happened, but please let us know if it
does! We will issue a full refund for items returned
in new condition within 30 days of the original date
of purchase. Before returning an item, please send
us an email describing the situation, why you were
unhappy with the items, and what we can do to regain
your trust as a customer. We will then reply via
email with instructions about how to proceed. Once
we receive the returned items, we will refund your
purchase price via your original method of payment.
Unless we made a mistake (i.e. shipped the wrong
item), original shipping charges will not be
refunded and the buyer is responsible for return
shipping. Returns will not be accepted after
30 days from the original date of purchase. |
